Sam Wirth
Owner, President of Operations
I'm Sam Wirth, one of the owners at O’Neill Landscape Group. Day to day, I’m helping set direction, working with our team, and trying to make the business run a little more smoothly and clearly each year. I spend a lot of time coaching people, solving problems, and making sure we’re actually taking care of clients.
Outside of work, I’m a husband and a dad, which is honestly most of my life. I like working out with my F3 group, running, reading, gardening, fishing, and generally planning the next project, trip, or idea with my family. I don’t sit still very well.
What I appreciate about being part of OLG is that it’s more than a job or a landscaping company to me. We’re trying to build a place where people want to work, where teammates have each other’s backs, and where success actually helps other people too. I want it to be a company our team is proud of, and our clients trust for a long time.
Bethany Brown
VP of Operations
I'm Bethany Brown. As VP of Operations, my role is centered around supporting our team, solving day-to-day operational challenges, and developing processes that help the company run more efficiently. I enjoy identifying solutions, improving systems, and helping our team and the company be more successful than the day before.
Outside of work, I trade SOP creation for time with my husband, son, and daughter, or snuggling with my 117-pound Cane Corso, who seems to think I work solely to support her toy collection! Our house is loud, competitive, and chaotic, but they fill my life and heart with laughter and love.
I am proud to be part of the OLG team because we actively discuss and live out ways to create a lasting impact for our community and our team while delivering the best services, solutions, and ideas to our clients. There is a heartbeat in every part of this business, and it is special to be part of something built with that kind of care and intention.
Ryan Treager
Sales Manager
I'm Ryan Traeger, Landscape Sales Manager. I enjoy working directly with homeowners to design outdoor spaces they can share with family, friends, and neighbors. Every property and client is different, so I focus on understanding their goals and developing practical, well-thought-out solutions that fit both their vision and budget. I especially appreciate the creative aspect of landscaping and the satisfaction that comes from seeing a finished project and a happy client who trusted O’Neill Landscape Group with their home.
Outside of work, my kids are my main focus. They stay active with soccer, swimming, basketball, and chorus, and I enjoy supporting them in everything they do. In my spare time, I play tennis in several leagues and also like working in my own yard whenever I get the chance.
What I value most about being part of O’Neill Landscape Group is our commitment to doing the right thing. Our clients trust us because we follow through, complete the job correctly, and stand behind the services we provide.
Shelly Kemp
Office Administrator
Hi, I’m Shelly, Office Administrator. I care about people and the service we provide for them, and I enjoy being a friendly voice on the phone.
Originally from Ohio, I’ve been married for 39 years and am blessed with 2 grown children, 2 grandchildren, and 3 grand-furbabies. At home, we have 2 furbabies of our own, BooToona and Squirrel, who keep things lively. In my free time, I enjoy lake life, road trips to just about anywhere, hiking with my daughter, playing euchre with friends, cheering on my grandkids at their sporting events, and celebrating college football season. Go Dawgs!
In the short time I’ve been at O’Neill Landscape Group, I’ve already felt welcomed and supported. I enjoy working with a team that cares about both its customers and its team members, and I’m excited to grow in my role!
